Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Arbitrix Sol for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Arbitrix Sol provides UX/UI design, website development, e-commerce solutions, Shopify store development, WordPress development, graphic design, and related digital services. All deliverables are outlined in a project agreement or proposal prior to commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project requirements and necessary assets on time.
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timelines.
• Ensure all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the project proposal. Work will not begin until the agreed deposit is received. Final deliverables are released upon full payment.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables. Arbitrix Sol retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arbitrix Sol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In such cases, the client is liable for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or appropriate legal channels.
