At Arbitrix Sol, we are committed to delivering high-quality UX/UI design and web development services. Due to the custom and digital nature of our work, all sales are generally considered final. However, we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- Work has not yet commenced on your project.
- We are unable to deliver the agreed scope of work.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Work has already been delivered or is in progress.
- Client changes project scope or direction after work has begun.
- Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after approved deliverables.
- Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or missing assets).
4. Partial Refunds
In cases where work has partially commenced, we may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request.
